Return & Exchange policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 30 days (after you have recieved your goods) and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
If you wish to cancel before delivery of your items, email us at email@example.com. If you wish to cancel after receiving the items, return them to us within 30 days of receipt in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.
We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item you should return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and then submit a new order online or purchase a new item in store.
Refunds in relation to online purchases will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 30 days of our receipt of returned items. Buyer has to cover any return postage for goods which are not faulty or as described. Please note: We will not refund the shipping price that we paid.
If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods which are faulty or not as described.
